Round 4

The win ($4) was never in doubt for Romig who tied Golf Cheese Hoes at -29 with a birdie on the first hole and never looked back.  Romig, 9th on the Points list just a few weeks back, moves to 3rd in Points.  Dutch Roll squeeks out the RU ($1) over Golf Cheese Hoes in a playoff on Slocum’s par on 18.

 The Players Championship is next week.

Round 3

Golf Cheese Hoes shoots the RR -10 to take sole posession of 1st place heading into the final round.  T2 and both one shot back at -28 overall are Romig and Dutch Roll.  Gonzalez (-26) and Kinzler (-24) are still in contention but will need some help from the teams above them on the leaderboard.

Round 2

Round 4

Dutch Roll gets his fourth win ($4) of the season in holding off Romig and Shlink Lincoln.  Romig gets the RU ($1) over Shlink Lincoln on Kim’s par on 18.  Dutch Roll falls two shots shy of the course record of -35, set last season by Sand Crabs.

Round 3

Looking for his second straight win, Shlink Lincoln shoots the RR at -10 (Weekley 65) to pull within three shots of leader Dutch Roll who sits at -31 overall through three roundsAlso T2 with Shlink Lincoln is Romig.  The course record is within reach and the final round should be a good one.

Round 2

Dutch Roll repeats his round 1 performance in shooting another RR -12 (Baddeley, Jacobson and Slocum 67s) and -24 overall, taking a two shot lead over Romig into the weekend.  Kinzler is currently in 3rd place at -20.

Round 1

Dutch Roll catches fire on the back nine and shoots the RR at -12 (Baddeley 69 with an eagle).  One shot back is Romig at -11.  Defending champ Sand Crabs is in 8th place after one round and last week’s Masters champ Shlink Lincoln is T9, five shots off the winning pace.

Round 4

Kinzler outlasts his competition and wins going away, beating Slaughter and Dutch Roll by three shots, and getting his first win ($4) of the season.  At one point midway through the final round all three teams were tied at -29, but Kinzler prevails by shooting the RR of -4 (Ogilvy 68)Slaughter settles for the RU ($1), his second in two weeks, beating Dutch Roll in a playoff on Elkington’s par on 18.  Dutch Roll had a solid round but Stricker’s bogeys on 17 and 18 knocked him out of the $.

Kinzler, last place on the Points list just a few weeks ago, is now in 8th place and has momentum heading into next week’s first major of the year. 

Round 3

Dutch Roll ties a Rotoff record for low R3 score at -11 (most recently set by Romig in Week 1) and is T1 with Kinzler and Romig at -26 overall.  It literall is anyone tournament to win as the top eight teams are separated by only three shots.  Can Dutch Roll hang on for his league leading 4th victory of 2008 and increase his Points lead?  Stay tuned.

Round 2

Slaughter makes a charge in round 2, shooting a RR -10 (Taylor seven birdies), and taking a two shot lead into the weekend.  Also shooting -10 was defending champ Sand Crabs, who gets back into contention tied for 5th place.  Romig and Gonzalez lurk at one and two shots off the lead respectively.
