Winner = 10 points
2nd Place = 5 [...]

Last week:

My best week on the young season picking the winner in Zach Johnson and getting a point for Charles Howell III’s Top 10. Even Ogilvy was in the mix until a collapse on Sunday.

This week:

1. Justin Leonard

Leonard won this event in 2005 and finished 2nd here last year. Justin did not play the Sony last week but did finish 5th at the Mercedes-Benz Championship. A Top 10 this week should be a shoe in for the 23rd World Ranked golfer.

2. Chez Reavie

Going off the radar again this week. Reavie only has one start here, a T5 finish last season. With two Top 25 finishes in two starts this year it’s safe to say that he is playing good golf. Look for good golf to be great golf this weekend.

3. Bill Haas

Bill Haas got a Top 10 finish last week which bodes well for this week. Just look at Haas’ finishes at the Bob Hope over the last four years:

T16, T27, T19 and T34

Not spectacular but consistent. Don’t count on Haas missing the cut this week and another Top 10 is more than likely.
